Queenstown, NZ

Queenstown is New Zealand's most popular destination and regarded as New Zealand's adventure capital. Queenstown is home of bungee jumping and jet boating. Other activities include, hang gliding, ballooning and rafting. Queenstown is also one of the Southern Hemispheres leading skiing destinations and has some of the great ski fields including the Coronet Peak and the Remarkable's.

It's about late afternoon when we arrive at Queenstown. We check-in at our reserved hotel, Copthorne Lakefront Hotel. Rest for awhile and then get ready for our dinner in a Korean Restaurant which I was so excited to eat Korean Food, I love Korean Food.

We had our Korean BBQ dinner at Seoul Garden Korean Restaurant located at Queenstown Mall. I love all the food being served except for the grilled lamb. I just can't eat the lamb, I could smell the scent of the  lamb skin sheep  everytime I tried to eat it, same thing with my sister, no doubt we were sister's. :)

After dinner we went back to our hotel. Since time was a bit early we decided to go back to Queenstown Mall, walking distance from our hotel... just in the Main Street, Queenstown. We just walk from  our hotel to the Queenstown  downtown, very safe to stroll at night.

We stroll along Queenstown Mall, window shopping and did some souvenir shopping. One of the most scenic shops and the place is full of bistros and cafe where both locals and tourist is having a great time spending the nightlife.

Copthorne  Hotel and Resort Queenstown Lakefront is situated on the shores of Lake Wakatipu and is a short walk from the centre of Queenstown and the beautiful Lake Wakatipu. This hotel has a great views of mountains and lakes.
Queenstown is definitely worth a visit even if its just to come admire the amazing mountain scenery at the same time as enjoying the numerous cafes, restaurants and shops Queenstown has to offer.
