To Ms. Sylveth Reyes thank you for sharing to us your helpful beauty tips

----------------------------------------------------------------

We are often tired from a long day of work/school and usually we got so tired that we tend to neglect our beauty regimen. Let me share with you these good habits that we,especially ladies, should observe. These skin-saving routines may take some getting used to, but believe me, you'll be thankful you started them.

1. SLEEP WITH CLEAN SKIN

The biggest skin sin? Sleeping with your make up on! Don't forget to remove every trace before you hit the sheets. We may use make-up remover or wet wipes to remove every trace of make up before doing the actual wash especially if your make up is a water proof one. Even Men should remember to cleanse, tone and moisturize every morning and night.

2. MOISTURIZE, MOISTURIZE, MOISTURIZE

It doesn't matter if you have oily skin, not applying moisturizer will actually cause your skin to overcompensate, which will result in more oil. You MUST moisturize your skin daily, whether it's patting on face cream at night or slathering lotion on your arms and legs. Getting into this particular habit will save you from wrinkles any sagging skin in the future, you don't wanna happen that on you, do you? If you have too much shine on your face, you may use paper powder/oil control powder.

3. AN OUNCE OF PREVENTION

Keeping track of small things will save you from spending unnecessarily in the future. Try to exfoliate your skin once a week, using exfoliating scrub to remove dead skin and reveal a new and younger one. Never go out in the sun without protection, yeah most of us does not like sunblock or creams, we felt sticky wearing them. A daily dose of sunscreen could save your skin from more serious issues years from now. Also try exercising daily, eat fruits & vegetables, drink plenty of water and try to get a good sleep and you will see the glow on your skin, making you look and feel good.

4. BODY AND SOLE

We tend to forget to pamper our feet, so treat yourself to a weekly soak or foot spa if you can. Try to go for a regular manicure and pedicure to keep your nails neat. Also exfoliate your feet by using foot scrub and moisturize them also by using foot lotion. Treat your feet like a hand to make them look good. For those with dark skin, you may try using  whitening astringent or whitening cream on your feet. You don't want your feet to look like ginger, do you?

5. IT'S IN THE DETAILS

It's nice to have a good, clean scent and kissable lips. So before stepping out, spritz yourself with cologne/perfume and slick some lip balm to prevent unsightly chapped lips-or better yet do it on a regular basis to keep your lips soft all the time. Bright eyes are also attractive so make it a habit to moisturize your eyes and eye area with a smoothing formula.
