On the Go Breakfast

We all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but in my case i'm not a breakfast eater. Drinking juices like orange juice or cranberry juice is my usual morning routine that help boost my energy to start the day.

This Cranberry Juice Heathy Balance by Old Orchard is one of my favorite. It's healthy, it's less sugar, carbs and calories. Sweetened with Splenda and fortified with Vitamin C. Healthy Balance works well with people with diabetes or on a sugar or calorie restricted diet. This is available in all leading supermarket.

Bread is one of my typical breakfast especially when I'm hungry with egg or any spread on It. One of my favorite breakfast is pancake with sausage or simply pancake alone will do with a glass of refreshing juice. With this,  it completes my breakfast. It's a very light meal with satisfaction on my tummy. :)

I know skipping breakfast is not good, it makes you eat a lot during lunch. Eating breakfast really depends on my appetite and depends on what kind of food has prepared in our table. Sounds I'm so picky when it comes to food, well not really. That why drinking healthy juices is one of my alternative ways for breakfast or  making some healthy refreshing smoothies.
