Upgrading Apple decives to iOS 5

Apple has launched the much anticipated iOS 5.0. The new version of its operating system for iPhones and iPads, complete with revolutionary new features such as the iCloud.

Apple iOS5 is now available for download via iTunes for free.

However, things aren't going as smoothly to other iPhones and Ipad users.

Many users update their iOS devices to the latest and greatest version of the mobile operating system, in which some users faced with error messages such as "An internal error occurred." (3200) during the install process. Others are seeing messages related to internal errors 3002 or Error 3004.

On one of the article i've read it states: "If you are getting 'An internal error occurred' along with a code of (3200) while upgrading to iOS 5.0 it is because Apple’s servers are getting slammed and you’ll either have to wait until later or keep trying to update your iPhone."

To update to iOS 5 simply connect your device to your Mac or PC and follow the onscreen instructions in iTunes.

You have to download the latest  iTunes 10.5, for this is needed for the iOS 5 upgrade. Make sure to back up your devices first before updating to software iOS5 just to make things sure. If happens you haven't back up your device, some cases itunes automatically back it up for you.

To back up an iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch,  connect your devices to your computer, open up iTunes, right click the gadget in the DEVICES menu, and select the BACK UP option. The software will take care of the rest. Once the backup process is complete, feel free to tap the CHECK for UPDATES button to get the iOS 5. ITunes will walk you through the rest of the upgrade process.

iOS 5 is compatible with apple devices: iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPod Touch 3rd generation, iPod Touch 4th generation, iPad and iPad 2.

Good luck everyone, hoping you could upgrade your apple devices to iOS5 successfully.

Upgrading iOS 5 on my iPhone 4 works out perfectly fine and loving the added new features.
