On August 27th, SS501’s Kim Hyun Joong successfully concluded his one month promotional tour across Asia and returned to Korea.
Starting with Japan last month, the star toured seven different countries across Asia, which resulted in blocked-up airports at every entrance. His popularity was definitely confirmed with each visit, as he reportedly ran out of staff to effectively control the crowd for every high-five event. Kim Hyun Joong has also been receiving love calls from record labels around the globe.
Kim Hyun Joong revealed that he’ll be starting an Asia tour concert starting this December. “It was an enjoyable time that allowed me to meet my fans overseas, who are always supporting me and giving me so much love. I’ve gained so much strength from your love and I promise to work hard on my next album.”
The star will be heading straight into preparations for his second mini-album.
We took a half day city tour of Puerto Princesa City. It is better to join a group tour for easy accessibility rather than doing it on your on, commuting on a public transportation is much harde.
We pass by at Puerto Princesa City's Baywalk. We didn't have a chance to get out of the van to take some beautiful pictures. According to our guide it's better to go here during at night. The Baywalk somehow looks like a replica of Manila Baywalk.
Our first stop is Plaza Cuartel.
The 143 American soldiers name are being written in the statue
Plaza Cuartel was a former site of a Japanese garrison, 143 American soldiers were burned inside a tunnel during the World War II. It serves as a Memorial Park in honor of local heroes, and American soldiers.

A movie date with nephews (Shundy and Jonas). Since my nephew wanted to watch Cars 2, one of his favorite characters, I accompanied my two nephew together with my other siblings. This is there first time to be in a cinema.
At first, they are a bit scared and cry before entering the cinema, but when they saw the huge screen all they say was “wow”, they calm down, sit back and start concentrating on the movie with popcorn and drinks.
Little Jonas fall asleep in the middle of watching the movie while big brother Shundy was talkative most of the time and enjoyed the whole movie.

Star racecar Lightning McQueen (Owen Wilson) and the incomparable tow truck Mater (Larry the Cable Guy) take their friendship to exciting new places in Cars 2 when they head overseas to compete in the first-ever World Grand Prix to determine the world's fastest car. But the road to the championship is filled with plenty of potholes, detours and hilarious surprises when Mater gets caught up in an intriguing adventure of his own: international espionage. Mater finds himself torn between assisting Lightning McQueen in the high-profile race and towing the line in a top-secret mission orchestrated by master British super spy Finn McMissile (Michael Caine) and the stunning spy-in-training Holley Shiftwell (Emily Mortimer)
What parents/guardians need to know
Parents need to know that this fast-paced sequel to Pixar's hit movie Cars is more like a kid-friendly James Bond action thriller than the original movie's fish-out-of-water adventure. There are more high-speed chases here than in the original and a surprising amount of gun violence; a couple of car characters are even killed, which makes the G rating a bit of a surprise. Expect a bit of mild language, including insults like "idiot" and "fool," as well as tame flirting between smitten cars. The movie's overall message of being true to yourself and loyal to your friends is coupled with an overt call for alternative fuel and environmentalism.
Note: The 3-D version of the movie may make certain parts feel even more immediate and intense for some kids.
Palawan is an island province of the Philippines located in Region 4. Its capital is Puerto Princesa City, and it is the largest province in the country. Palawan consists of 367 barangays and 23 municipalities, and two congressional districts that divide the province into north and south portions.
Palawan is one of the few relatively peaceful provinces in the country. The crime rate is relatively low and most Palaweños are contented to lead simple lifestyles. The province is a melting pot of migrants from various parts of the Philippines and other countries.
Public transport within the islands consist of buses, vans and tricycles. There is a big well-organized transport terminal at the capital Puerto Princesa City, from where travelers can take off to other parts of Palawan. Private vehicles may also be hired from car rental companies. Traditional bancas or motorized outrigger boats can also be easily hired for hopping around the islands.
From Manila, our flight took us 1 hour and 5 minutes to reach Puerto Princesa, Palawan via Philippine Airlines.
Tourist in Puerto Princesa are extremely boosting for both locals and foreigners. We were fetch by a van service at the airport to Fran Pension House, were we stayed.
